EXCHANGE
We accept the exchange of purchases if the size you bought does not fit. Just contact us to arrange the exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt of the item. Buyers are responsible for all exchange and shipping costs. Custom items do not qualify for exchanges.

RETURNS

*** Shipping / express shipping costs are non-refundable, as this money was used to ship your original item.
*** The customer must pay for the shipment of the returned item.
*** We suggest you choose the cheapest method of tracking shipment through regular Postal Services when sending a product back to us (NO COURIER as the customs clearance cost is high.)

CUSTUMS FEES

Some countries may charge customs fees and buyers are responsible for paying these fees. There is no refund for lost packages. We are not responsible for any import taxes, duties or other charges you may have to pay in your own country. The buyer is responsible for any additional charges.
The buyer is responsible for receiving the shipment and the buyer will pay for the shipment if he does not receive the shipment for any reason and will be returned.
