It has a rubber bottom for about an inch and then leather. Probably a brown stitching is best...something closest to red...whatever you decide....note the area where the zipper is and the little fold over thing at the top of the boots with the 2 buttons. I am thinking a 2 inch platform with a 3 inch in the heel area. Just look at th3 r13.com website under Medium Jump boot and try to match it up as close as possible.
